• Proven experience in a network support role, with a strong focus on datacentre and building networks.
• In-depth knowledge of firewall management and experience with firewall technologies, including Checkpoint and Palo Alto.
• Proficiency in supporting a variety of network devices, including Cisco routers and switches.
• Familiarity with WAN and LAN technologies, including routing protocols and network segmentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
• End-to-end Incident Response including triage processes, determination of criticality, remediation activities, and post-mortem assessment and recommendation.
• To Refine and develop cybersecurity dashboard to continuously improve security situational awareness.
• To provide accurate escalation of potential security incidents in line with documented processes.

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

•Proven experience in cloud operations, with a focus on AWS and Azure.

• Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation tasks.

• Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

• Solid understanding of containerization technologies, especially Kubernetes and Docker.

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

• Knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices.

• Experience with implementing Elasticsearch SaaS, Prometheus and Grafana.

• Understanding of the ITIL processes for process management with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Relevant certifications for AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Terraform are a plus
