Overview:

The Manager, Commercial Analytics & Business Intelligence will drive data-driven decision-making through the analysis of commercial data and market intelligence. This role will be crucial in identifying trends, optimizing strategies, and providing actionable insights to maximize business performance and growth across Rxilient's markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Data Analysis: Conduct analysis of sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour to support strategic decision-making.
• Business Intelligence Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance KPIs, market share, and customer insights, supporting the P&L holder.
• Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and evolving trends.
• Forecast Modelling: Develop and refine forecast models to predict sales trends, market demand, and product performance.
• Omni-channel Marketing & Content Factory: Utilize experience in omni-channel marketing and content factory operations to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
• Performance Metrics: Provide analytical support in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align data insights with business goals.
• Insight Presentation: Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership, influencing decisions across multiple regions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, sales processes, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with commercial analytics across different markets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other commercial tools used in the pharma industry.
• Proven track record of influencing business decisions through data-driven insights.

• Develop effective marketing campaigns from start to finish and refine campaign messaging for a wide range of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, with a focus on oncology.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development, specifically in the oncology sector.
• Responsible for developing short-term and long-term sales marketing strategy to meet the company's goals and objectives in the oncology market.
• Attend meetings to discuss sales plans for the oncology product portfolio in line with the agreed marketing plan with relevant departments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of oncology-related promotion and advertising programs and suggest improvements.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and oncology product performance, converting raw data into detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Evaluate and assess the strengths and weaknesses of competitive oncology products and develop comparative statistics and metrics.
• Prepare annual expense budget report for oncology marketing and propose adjustments for budget implementation.
• Develop business relationships with existing and new customers in the oncology field to identify potential opportunities within key territories for sales optimization.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Health Sciences
• Min. 15 years of relevant work experience, preferably with pharmaceutical products, with an emphasis on oncology
• In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, markets, stakeholders, and competitive dynamics within the oncology sector
• Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in the pharmaceutical field, particularly in oncology
• Oncology-focused project management and prioritization skills
