- Lead and manage projects in the communications department
- Manage social media and website platforms.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure objectives are met.
- Manage project resources and allocate tasks to team members.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and technical teams.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for clients and senior management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Media Studies, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate communication and project management.
- Proficiency in any of these tools: Hootsuite, HubSpot, Formstack, Mailchimp, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
