• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri, 9 am – 6 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Support administrative matters for the Project Sales, Service Sales and Marketing Team.
• Manage incoming sales calls/ emails and handle lead administration.
• Source new leads from tender portals and compile, create, and submit tender documents.
• Help with the preparation of quotations and proposals.
• Prepare maintenance contracts for renewal notices, and service sales reports to monitor contract renewals.
• Help in the development of marketing materials.
• Assist in marketing projects and event coordination.
• Support the Head of Operations and Managing Director with all other administrative tasks.
• Match supplier invoices with related documents and input them into the system.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
