Job Description:
• Handling full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, benefit & compensation, group insurance, and new employee onboarding and existing.
• Process work passes application/renewal/cancellation and related arrangement.
• Ensure the compliance of HR practices with governmental regulations and advising management on needed actions.
• Work with management to ensure successful onboarding for all team members.
• Assist and support training & development planning and execution.
• Handling general administration duties including of laptop, office hardware, emails, filling, pantry ordering, flight ticket arrangement, name card ordering and etc.
• Support the coordination of legal matters, confidential correspondence and documentation to appropriate Legal Department personnel for addressing.
• Coordinate travel for management, including detailed itineraries and processing expense reports.
• Prepare schedules/agendas and coordinate internal and offsite meetings, including setting up conference rooms, ordering catering as appropriate and welcoming guests
• Assist handling in accounting activities: o Perform Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable functions. Data entry to update debtors / creditors ledgers. Inventory management, co-ordination with production and delivery. Prepare and send out import, export, commercial documents for shipping and delivery o Filing documents and coordinating with outsourced accounting company.
• Perform purchasing tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years office experience
• Diploma or CAT
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Required meticulous with good accounting knowledge
• Good shipping knowledge, LC and export documents
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is an Advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player and able to work within tight deadlines
