• Supports Commercial teams on Quote Creation & Samples Requests within Salesforce.com
• Validate new Customer signup requests from Sales/Customer Service teams to aligned with local Trade/Regulatory Compliance
• Coordinate timely submissions of Tenders and the relevant documents on behalf of Sales/Commercial teams
• Handle “Demo” inventory and coordinate timely delivery of “Demo” assets
• Support Purchase Requisitions from 3rd Party Vendors/Suppliers
• Respond timely to Sales/Commercial enquiries sent to the Sales Support Team mailbox
• Handle new dealer's onboarding and agreements

Requirements

• Min N / O / NITEC / Diploma in any courses
• Min 2 to 3 years of order processing / sales support exp
• Exp in Govt Gebiz tender OR exp in SAP + salesforce

• Define and drive the overall strategy for email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and targeted communications, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.

Requirements:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with substantial experience in email marketing and digital campaigns at a strategic level.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with platforms like MailChimp and various analytics tools for evaluating campaign performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage high-level strategy while maintaining a meticulous eye for detail in content and design.
• Demonstrated capability to prioritise and lead multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with design principles and tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, adapting to various working styles and contributing to a collaborative environment.
