Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for security incident handling of cyber security incidents in the APAC region. Lead the Incident Response procedures to allow timely response in the event of an incident to facilitate recovery and minimize impact to the Bank.
• Carry out threat mitigation and response using existing security defence systems, to pre-emptively block advancement of threats based on threat intelligence sources
• Conduct threat hunting in MUFG environment to identify presence of advanced persistent threats, based on the collection of Techniques, Tactics and procedures documented in global knowledge base such as MITRE ATT&CK framework

• Analyse cyber threat intelligence to identify indicators of compromise, threat artefacts and attributes from different sources.
• Influence multi-disciplinary teams in managing cyber security controls
• Establish, maintain and develop monitoring use cases, and incident handling playbook
• Initiate appropriate malware triage processes to assess threat types, severity impact, and occurrence likelihood based on current controls and environment.
• Perform investigation of suspicious emails originating from Internet or 3rd parties to ensure that malicious content of malware, spam, phishing and other threats are adequately blocked.
• Review the team’s internal practices to optimise and drive improvements for the process optimisation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security Operation with incident handling responsibilities.
• Experience in cybersecurity tools, technologies and standards (OWASP, NIST Cyber Framework, NIST Incident Response Framework)
• Experience in cyber security technologies (TIPS, SIEM, SOAR, VA, EDR)
• Possess security certifications such as SANS GCIH / GCIA / GCDA / GMON or any Cyber security specialty is an added advantage.

• Attend to customers’ requests and enquiries from both online and offline sales channels.
• Able to read and write in Chinese to liaise with local/overseas counterparts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Event Director in driving the launch and ongoing success of our B2C events.
• Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, building customer relationships, and participation in consumer-related events
• Developing targeted existing key account relationships and drive further revenue growth
• Developing high quality show investment proposals that are a win-win for exhibiting partners
• Working cross-functionally with the marketing team to achieve the team's KPIs and identify opportunities to tie in with the event marketing campaign
• Achieving show and sponsorship revenue targets as your core metric
• Other adhoc tasks will be assigned from time to time by your reporting officer.

• Minimum 3 years of experience media / event sales, or marketing partnerships. Experience in advertising &/or partnership roles within e-commerce platforms would be a plus.
• Dynamic, self-driven and motivated individual.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales/building client relationships, translating product value to clients.
• Highly creative individual who isn't afraid to propose and try new ideas.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce.

Task: The Intern, Sales Administration will have the opportunity to support in sales and marketing events (e.g. trainings, seminars, workshops etc.) for the Singapore Sales Team. This includes and not limited to event preparation, logistics and administrative support, events management.

Responsibilities:

• Support sales and marketing events (e.g. trainings, seminars, workshops etc.) for the Singapore Sales Team. Includes and not limited to events preparation, logistics and administrative support, events management
• Packing, ordering and replenish of Promotional Materials from Rohde & Schwarz Munich (eg. Product Brochure, Datasheet, Catalogue etc.)
• Administrative tasks including and not limited to printing / photocopying training materials, filing, ordering stationery or marketing supplies
• Coordinate with logistics forwarder or courier for the arrangement of incoming and outgoing shipment and delivery
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Graduating students Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field of studies
• Good communication (i.e. writing and speaking) and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, proactive, self-motivated and willingness to learn
• Possess good customer-focused and results-oriented attitude
• Willingness to coordinate and work with colleagues across other departments or countries
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint)

Job Description

• Seeks and prospects for high value target accounts to win new customers generally in the 100k - 500k range net sales per annum; focusing bringing new Ocean freight customers on board.
• Builds rapport and trust with customers by being informed about customer's business and the market
• Assesses the type and size of customer needs and recommends solutions based on these needs by using industry knowledge
• Closes business connecting a customer need with a DHL solution and the value it may create for the customers
• Gathers customer and market information to update product and trade lane on current conditions
• Supports customer retention by conducting joints visits with Product, TL and organizing workshops inviting customers to share information on updated regulations, products, etc.
• Ensures successful retention of customers by maintaining close liaison with them, ascertaining their satisfaction level via DHL Global Forwarding service standards and to anticipate and/or prevent potential problems.
• Uses networks within the various Sales channels within DP DHL to collaborate on customers, marketing strategies and offers a full supply chain of services to service customer needs.
• Provides forecast in relation to opportunities & pipelines using DGF CRM.

Job Description

• Manages relationship of a defined number of CSI/ MNC and SC customers and prospects in a particular
  sector (serves as primary contact for the customers and coordinates the account e.g. with regards to Trade
  Lane involvement).
• Seeks and prospects for Strategic Customer targets to win new customers.
• Ensures that Key Account activities are aligned with global/regional sector strategy
• Focuses more on customer and sales relationship building through attending external customer meetings
  and internal meetings as necessary in order to support business development.
• Achieves stipulated sales target by maintaining a healthy pipeline, good contractual performance and
  proactive thinking.
• Ensures accuracy and proper maintenance of sales activity records through regular reporting and analysis of
  sales activities.
• Collects relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepares documents for customer
  implementation in order to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer
  expectations (SLA's & SOP's).
• Ensures successful retention of customers by maintaining close liaison with them, ascertaining their

Job Requirements

• Experienced in Account Management of Freight Forwarding or related international transportation services customers - managing SLA with SOP, monthly performance reviews with customers
• Proven track record in developing and growing business with assigned portfolio of customers through RFQ, customised solutions selling
• Good understanding of sector trends in the freight forwarding industry
• Able to identify customer needs by gathering information and building long-term relationships through value creation
• Well developed communication and presentation skills
• Diploma/ degree with more than 3 years of relevant working experience in a MNC environment
