You dont need to have MICE experience to work with us. Were looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial self-starters with a strong sense of ownership, passion and curiosity, driven by our values of care, ownership, trust, passion and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including activities related to exhibitors, delegates, and visitors.
- Develop engaging content for marketing materials, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional collateral.
- Assist in analysing campaign data and providing insights to optimise marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead and other team members to support the overall marketing strategy.
- Provide administrative support for marketing activities, including data segmentation and list management.
- Oversee paid campaigns with the support of the Digital Marketing Manager/Executive, reviewing results and making recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with onsite marketing activities to ensure the smooth running of events, such as registration support and material placement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Basic understanding of databases and data segmentation for marketing purposes.
- Proficiency in using common marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM desirable.
- New office is set to relocate to Expo in Q2/Q3 2024.
