We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team supporting our client in the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of the online marketing efforts. The primary goal is to grow the brand's influence while increasing brand loyalty and awareness. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee various digital marketing channels, including SEO / SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Mandatory Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s / Master's Degree, preferably in marketing or business management or related field
• At least 8 years of experience as a content manager with experience in online community building;
• Experience in managing customer-facing platform with metrics that demonstrate improvements in both customer satisfaction and cost management;
• Strong understanding of project management and the documentation essential to all digital projects such as scope of work, project brief, functional specifications, user acceptance tests, timelines;
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) principles;
• Eye for detail and a creative and strategic thinker;
• Adaptable to changes and new technologies;
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills;
• Build relationships and work effectively with numerous departments across the region;

Desired Skill Set:

• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM);

The Position: Marketing Manager

• Manage product portfolio comprising multiple brands to achieve the brands’ objectives with accountability of the profit and loss.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of marketing function comprising the development of marketing strategies and execution of marketing plans including above and below the line campaigns, digital marketing plans to achieve the sales and marketing objectives of the brands.
• Develop and manage social media campaigns including working with third party vendors, building and managing a pool of talents to achieve active social media engagement across key platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis; identify product unique selling points to develop and maintain product catalogue and sales presentation kits.
• Monitor product off take to ensure healthy stock inventory and accurate stock forecast.
• Track and analyze sales data to rationalize commercial viability of products range.
• Responsible for marketing communications including marketing collaterals product image, sales kits, samples and point of sales materials.
• Responsible for content development and maintenance of the company’s website, e-commerce platforms, all other active on-line and social media platforms.
• Effective management of marketing budget to achieve positive return on investment.

The Person:

A dynamic, creative and driven professional with at least 3 to 6 years of marketing experience preferably in digital marketing and familiar with key social media platforms and has a keen interest in marketing of consumer products across food and non-food categories. Ideally, you should possess a recognized diploma or degree in Marketing/Mass Communications/Business Administration, good digital marketing skills and social media knowledge.
