About the job

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing or communications or relevant PR role, preferably gained in a technical/manufacturing, B2B, MNC environment
• Degree-level qualified in marketing, communications, PR or related subject, and/or relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Previous experience of digital marketing tools is preferred
• Basic understanding of electrical or electronic connectors/applications would be an advantage

• Maintain and network with distributors and customers to maintain the accounts, promote and expand accounts

• Be efficient in negotiating the terms, price, delivery and specification with distributors about agreement or each sales contract, watch deliveries and close sales

• Understand solutions the company offers, ranging from basic to advanced full research grade microscope systems, develop, execute sales and marketing strategy

• Support distributors in a timely manner, make visits overseas customers when necessary.

• Get involved in product launches and work on strategy, plans and execute them

• Manage credit control of distributors

• Manage sales data, make analysis, regular reporting to Management

Job Description & Requirements

• First Point of Contact for new enquiries and follow up with quotation submission.
• Responsible in attending site meetings, liaison with Clients and provide progress update to the Management team as and when required.

• Familiar with Fire Protection Code of Practice.
• Technical knowledge in Fire Protection system ,A&A or other M&E trades.
• Independent, resourceful, strong sense of ownership in getting things done.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the construction M&E industry.
• Preferably with commercial building experience.

Responsibilities:

· Provide support to Sales Managers

· Response to customer’s enquiries, preparation of quotation and tenders for submission

· Provide co-ordination duties, support customers and coordinate with factory for technical matters

· On job training will be provided to understand how to select a control valve

· Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

· Positive attitude and self-motivated

· Proficient in Microsoft office

· Diploma in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical/Mechatronic)

· Able to communicate in mandarin will be an advantage
