· Provide safety training and awareness programs for workers, supervisors, engineers and subcontractors.

· Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

· Review safety plans, method statements, and permits to work for road and civil construction activities.

· Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices on site.

· Liaise with government regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders to stay updated on safety regulations and best practices.

· Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, incidents, and corrective actions.

· Participate in safety meetings, committees, and emergency response drills.

· Provide timely safety reports and recommendations to management.

Requirements:

· Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower.

· Proven experience in occupational safety and health management, preferably in road construction or civil engineering projects.

· In-depth knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards, such as ISO45001, WSH Act, and construction safety requirements.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety issues.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and safety management software.

· Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry as a WSHO.

· Experience in the implementation of ISO45001 and ISO 14001

· Working day (Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday)

· Salary commensurate with working experience

1. WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (ACWSH) qualification
2. Work at Height Assessor
3. Preferably with scaffold erector and supervision certificate
4. Earth Control Measures Officer
5. Computer-literates
6. Minimum 8 years in Construction Industry
7. Minimum 5 years of WSH Coordinator experience in construction industry
8. Experience in LTA projects
9. Able to accept multitasking work environment
10. Able to develop EHS related reports independently

Your Responsibilities:

• Work on Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality/Mixed Reality solutions across industries using SDKs and Unity3D or Unreal Game engine
• Work on linkages with back-end frameworks and 3rd party libraries
• Involve with software and product development and ad hoc projects
• Software analysis, software design, code implementation, software integration
• Participate in technical discussions and provide solutions based on industry best practices

Your Technical Skills (Some of them):

• Familiar and Fluent in Unity 3D C# Programming (MUST) OR Unreal Engine
• Experience in using VR/AR SDKs and libraries, e.g, OpenXR, Vuforia
• Experiences in using VR Goggles, Oculus, VIVE, PICO, Magic Leap, Varjo etc.

Your Technical Skills(Nice to have)

• Development experience with programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, PHP, JAVA, Python
• Familiarity with Cloud Solutions, AWS, GCP Azure, Huawei cloud, Alibaba Cloud.
• Mobile: Swift, Objective-C, Java
• Fluent in scripting HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• SQL database or relational database skills
• Good experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, Node
