Job Description:

The Safety Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing company's employee safety at work and ensure that the company is in compliance and adheres to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines to reduce work-related injuries.

· Conduct daily WSH inspection to ensure total compliance to MOM regulations and recommend preventive measures.
· Conduct daily toolbox with the subcontractors.
· Ensure all workers at plants are wearing appropriate PPE at all times.
· Ensure proper housekeeping by the subcontractors on daily basis.
· Following up on all outstanding safety related issues.
· Conduct weekly safety talk / briefing.
· Conduct regular safety checks to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with safety requirements.
· Accountable for investigation, analyzing and determining the cause of accidents or negligence, if any, during work process.
· Make recommendations on work processes improvement and means of preventing a recurrence
· Participate in WSH compliance inspections.
· Conduct safety inductions and orientations.
· Handling risk assessments to gather information on safety issues
· Coordination with relevant site in-charge on improving the worksite safety and cleanliness.
· Compiles all relevant reports and records.
· Other Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

· Minimum ITE/ Diploma or equivalent.
· Min 2 Years of relevant experience.
· Possess a Certificate in Safety Coordinators Course from approved institutes.
· Relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry, preferred M&E.
· Professional certification in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent preferred.
· Good knowledge in ISO and OSHA safety standards.

We are looking for a Market Conduct Complicance Officer to join the team.

Glencore’s Market Conduct team is a rapidly developing part of the Compliance organization responsible for an effective framework which manages our risks related to market abuse, insider dealing, financial market regulation and exchange/ venue rule compliance.

This role will support the Singapore office in administering the market conduct programme and performing advisory and regulatory work. The role has a high degree of exposure to senior traders and management within all departments.

This role will form part of the Group Compliance team and will report to the Group Head of Market Conduct and Head of Market Regulation.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the management and administration of the Market Conduct programme for the Singapore office.

· Act as an advisory contact for Singapore traders including metals, coal, oil, gas and environmental. Advisory work includes the following:

• Application of Market Conduct Policy, Guidelines and Procedures
  • Benchmark and Price Reporting Agency engagement
  • Application of trading venue and exchange rules including block trades, position limits
  • Communications compliance including analysis of potential inside & confidential information
  • Suspicious activity

·Ensure strong documentation of the Market Conduct programme including maintaining documentation libraries and updating training records

·Administer onboarding and annual Market Conduct training

·Perform annual risk assessments in conjunction with the Surveillance and Monitoring team

·The role will dedicate approximately 50% of time towards support the Head of Market Regulation. This may include:

• Supporting in regulatory horizon scanning, impact assessments and other evaluation of the impact of regulatory change on Glencore’s business.
• Assessing implications of new business such as uncleared derivatives trading.
• Supporting licensing activities in specific jurisdictions, notably in Australia.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES
Part of GBSU (Global Business Service Unit), the candidate will join the DCS team in charge of Data and Cyber Security aligned to regional Société Générale GBIS (Global Banking and Investors Solutions) Business Unit. This role acts as a subject matter expert, main coordinator and point of contact on Cyber Incident Response, Cyber Crisis Management, Cyber Surveillance, Threat intelligence, E-fraud and Data Protection in the regional team. Furthermore the role will support IT project assessments.The candidate will be required to:

• Develop, implement and maintain the regional cyber incident response plans, procedures and related documentation in alignment with global standards.
• Develop and maintain a relationship with the threat intelligence community in Asia financial services, including regulators, industry peers, law enforcement agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Collect, analyse, and disseminate threat intelligence from various sources, such as open source, commercial, and internal data, to identify and assess cyber threat and risks affecting our organisation and customers in the Asia region.

• Conduct research and producing reports, briefing and presentation on cyber threat trends, actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of the cyber incident response process, identifying gaps and areas of improvement
• Plan, execute and support desk based testing scenarios to simulate cyber incidents and test the effectiveness of the response plan and procedures
• Support risk assessment and architecture reviews by conducting threat analysis and modelling, identifying potential attack vectors and mitigation strategies
• Respond to and manage cyber incidents and crises, in coordination with central threat intelligence and cyber incident response functions, involving internal and external stakeholders as appropriate
• Investigate, mitigate the impact, and manage the process related to data leakages and data breaches, and ensure compliance with the regulatory and legal requirements and standards for cybersecurity and data protection in the region

Required Qualifications:
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND AND CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 8-10 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, cyber incident response and cyber crisis management, preferably in the financial services sector
• Professional certification in cyber threat intelligence and cyber incident response, such as Cyber Threat
• Intelligence Analyst (CTIA), Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Certified Computer Security Incident Handler (CSIH), Certified Network Defender (CND), Certified Forensic Computer Analyst, GIAC Penetration Tester, CompTIA PenTest+, Certified Ethical Hacker
