Introduction:

In this role you will provide technical accounting guidance on the Company’s complex and non-standard transactions.

Your Job:

• Review of contracts and proposal for both revenue and non-revenue transactions and provide accounting guidance;
• Preparation of documentation and memos supporting the Company’s accounting positions and addressing audit questions.
• Partner with business to ensure documentation required for financial audit and or internal controls compliance is prepared and retained.
• Support execution of monthly financial statement close processes, and support SEC reporting team on policy disclosures on a need basis.
• Execute and document internal controls around applicable financial statement close processes (e.g. contract review)
• Assisting with other accounting projects as required

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Accountancy (or equivalent)
• Min 7 years of public accounting or corporate experience required
• Ability to apply technical accounting guidance to transaction fact pattern to arrive at recommended accounting position
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good problem solving and (accounting) investigative skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant / CPA (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manager, Corporate Partnership

You will play a critical role in driving Care Corner Singapore's fundraising and donor engagement efforts, driving the growth of sustainable contributions to support the organisation's mission. Your responsibilities include identifying potential donors, cultivating relationships with partners, writing compelling grant proposals, designing and implementing effective donor engagement programmes to enhance donor loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with potential and existing donors and partners, to align with Care Corner's vision and ensure sustained financial contributions.
• Work with internal teams to conceptualise and execute innovative fundraising programmes and activities that resonate with Care Corner's mission.
• Build a core group of high-value corporate partners and donors, while expanding a large pool of regular individual donors.
• Develop and implement effective donor engagement programmes and experiences to enhance donor loyalty, satisfaction, and impact recognition.
• Prepare donor reports and communication materials that effectively convey the outcomes and impact of their contributions.
• Research and secure grants, sponsorships, and matching funds to support programme development and operations. This includes, preparing compelling grant proposals and timely reports, ensuring alignment with donor expectations and organisational objectives.

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Safety Manager to lead and enhance our Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, operations, and projects while maintaining compliance with ISO 45001 standards and other regulatory requirements.

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the ISO 45001 WSH Management System, including loss prevention and public/private property damage prevention.
• Maintain and renew the ISO 45001 certification and BizSafe Level 5 certification, including preparing for audits and liaising with external auditors.
• Advise directors, managers, and project teams on WSH matters and provide support during tender preparation.
• Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring thorough reporting and corrective actions.
• Oversee Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and conduct annual fire drills at the company's HQ.
• Supervise and guide WSH personnel, including hiring, training, and monitoring their performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate and implement SGS Health & Safety Management System.

• Preferably a qualified registered FSM(May need for our new office) with SCDF, to oversee Fire Safety matters at HQ.
• Min. 3 years post WSHO registration experience with LTA & PUB projects
