Job Description

• Sales & Leasing of Material Handling Equipment e.g. forklift
• Handling & taking care of Company Accounts/Customers under his Responsibility.
• Canvass for New Accounts/Customers locally.
• Sell/Market to Oversea Customers.
• Preparation & Follow-Up of Quotes made to local customers and overseas customers.
• Oversee and execute sales administrative support (Important: provide backorders update to local customers and overseas customer).
• Monitor order status and provide updates to all the customers.
• Arrangement and filing of documents (e.g. Quotation, credit note (CN), sales order confirmation (SO) and etc.)
• Ensure compliance to company policies, financial, process and industrial standards
• Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

• At least 1 year of automotive parts sales experience
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License

• Handle full set accounts, including Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Intercompany Reconciliation.
• In charge of closing of the monthly accounts.
• In charge of preparing reporting package for Head Office.
• Responsible for statutory GST reporting.
• Responsible for the monitoring and preparation of daily cash flow reports.
• Involve in the inter-company fund transfer to ensure liquidity of the company and ensure that inter-company balances are reconciled at month end.
