Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Growth

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, manage P&L, and expand market share in Sinapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian territories. Identify growth opportunities, create market-entry strategies, and set objectives that align with our sustainability and modular infrastructure focus. Lead complex sales cycles in mission-critical sectors, including data centres, government, healthcare, and commercial industries, leveraging expertise in integrated power protection solutions.g

P&L Management

• Assume full responsibility for the offices’ P&L, including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability. Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to optimize financial performance. Prepare and present P&L reports to management, identifying areas for financial improvement and operational efficiencies.

Regional Leadership and Market Development

• Lead and oversee sales operations in the Singapore office and manage regional sales activities in Malaysia and Indonesia. Establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, channel partners, and industry influencers to enhance market positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project, engineering, product management) to align offerings with regional needs and promote customized power solutions.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong client satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in electrical equipment & power solutions sales in data centres will be highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L within regional sales operations.
• Excellent knowledge of power protection technologies (e.g., DRUPS, UPS, diesel generators, modular power infrastructure solution).
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with experience in regional sales operations.
