Role Purpose:

Self-starting individual who is seeking to develop his/ her 360 marketing skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative yet purposeful 360 marketing plans to build and increase brand awareness, acquire new customers and retain existing ones.

• Ideate and execute creative digital content initiatives to grow social media followers, increase engagement and build a community of individuals passionate about niche fragrances.
• Execute public relations-related tasks such as identifying and maintaining relationships with a carefully curated list of media partners, influencers, and key opinion leaders.
• Plan and execute exciting brand-building events for our PR community for season/ special collection launches; and engaging shopping activations for our customers.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders such as retailers and strategic partners to push the boundaries to create new and exciting brand experiences.

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, mass communication, events management; or related field.
