The Senior Sales Executive, APAC will be passionate, determined, sales-minded leader to ensure LMAX
product and services are available and promoted across the APAC region. The role works closely with
other business areas such as Operations, Marketing and Technology teams to enhance stakeholder
engagement. You will also be a market leader with great connects in the industry, sourcing and connecting
on multiple social media platforms with current and potential clients that will drive company growth plans –
acting LMAX Group ambassador.
In addition, supporting Managing Director to develop and implement strategy that will see sales team
grow, maximising group future sales revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell range of LMAX products and services to both existing and new customers.
- Proactively contact customers to provide technical/ commercial information and convert to
- profitable sales.
- Support with marketing activities from: webinars, conferences, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with partners and clients.
- Use different tools e.g. Linkedin to continue to source for new leads in each client segment and
- in each country under APAC region.
- Responsible for building future sales team in conjunction with LMAX Global MD when required.
- Takes ownership of personal development by fostering culture of continuous learning.
About you:

- Proven experience of building and leading a client list.
- Previous experience in PE environment with ability to work at pace

- Partner with Marketing team to develop commercial strategies, ensuring best-in-class marketing.
- Ensure effective systems for partners follow up e.g., Sales force up to date
- Ensure effective working relationships with HQ Management in London and all other P/L offices in LMAX Global.
