Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain key accounts to support business growth.
• Offer expert technical sales advice and support to clients.
• Manage sales processes effectively to sustain and grow the customer base.
• Meet or exceed set sales targets and profit goals.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients at all levels.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma in any major of Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of engineering sales experience
• Strong understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of electrical products

• Evaluating campaign performance and data analytics
• Liaising with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns
• Working closely with team and coordinators
• Website and social media platform content update and content writing
• Organising events, exhibitions and promotional activities
• Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline
• Organised, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player
• Excellent written and verbal English & Chinese
• Handle customer complain
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties when assigned
