ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Sales Executive – Customer Workflows that is a customer facing domain expert, that drives innovative business solutions with our customers

Role

Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by:

• Developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan
• Being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future Customer Engagement & Operations roadmap to drive the ServiceNow Customer Workflows platform
• Arranging and conducting initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings; close collaboration with your Solution Consulting counterpart and extended team to deliver ‘art of the possible’ demonstrations showcasing ServiceNow’s Customer Workflows solution
• Sales process management and opportunity closure
• Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams
• Support the regional ServiceNow partner channels to drive an effective customer experience

• Day-to-day marketing: Manage and execute the marketing activities of our offices in Southeast Asia and Australasia – currently Singapore, Sydney and Brisbane.
• Regional Strategy: Develop and tailor marketing strategies specific to the Southeast Asia and Australasia markets, ensuring the localisation of channels, content, and campaigns for optimal engagement.
• Email marketing: SSend mass email campaigns for a range of products and services, to our database, using SalesForce to create audiences, build emails, and schedule campaigns.
• Print & Promotional marketing: Manage the production and stock of local prints, promo items and clients' gifts. 
• Exhibitions and events: Research relevant events in the Southeast Asia and Australasia region and assist the Head of Events to organise.
• Digital marketing: Assist the Performance team with web advertising, including Baidu, display ads, re-marketing, and analytics.
• Report local marketing activity to London.
• Budget and manage the local marketing spend.
• Research and source local suppliers when necessary.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Joining the company as a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 month as you become familiar with the role and industry. During this time, you will see first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease. You will learn everything from how to build a successful sales list, work with HNWI and of course, how to administer a charter flight all whilst delivering service beyond expectation.

The Project/Service manager is a highly driven individual who is part of the service delivery team that ensures all contracts are actively managed and fronts customers directly. The service manager is required to have IT experience and broad knowledge across infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies. He/she shall be the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while bearing overall responsibility for the project financial health and lead the project from commencement to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all assigned projects are initiated and executed with proper handover/takeover
• Ensure all necessary project purchases are planned and executed
• Ensure all project billing and invoices are issued timely
• Establish and prepare maintenance agreements and plans to deliver contractual obligations to clients such as preventive maintenance plans and monthly reports
• Track and manage the all maintenance contracts and provide quality support to clients
• Provide regular project progress updates to project stakeholders, customers and internal management team
• Manage the scope definition and change control mechanism when dealing with scope creep
• Escalate and discuss project overrun issues, scope creep, integration issues, resource requirements with NCS management team
• Work closely with Operations teams to ensure all incidents are closed timely within the contractual service level agreement (SLA)
• Able to work with sales and operations team to identify inventory end-of-life support, pain points encountered and discuss suitable alternatives with clients
• Ensure respective vendors support and NCS operations team is ready to support new contracts
• Provide concise and professional communications with customers on issues encountered
• Update monthly projects financial forecasts and improve project margins where possible to meet financial KPIs
• Adhere to best practices, techniques and standards throughout entire project duration

1.    To perform Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyse and generate reports of Asia Pacific data on Customer Backlog (CBL) 
• Work with Sales Logistics Customer Interface Team to ensure data quality and track the progress of CBL   
• Perform data validation, identify the root cause and resolves issues to improve the order fulfilment rate and overall impact on customer service level 
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and aggregate data from large databases efficiently. 
• Utilize Common Table Expressions (CTEs) to create temporary result sets and simplify query readability. 
• Leverage Window functions to perform advanced analytical operations, such as ranking, partitioning, and aggregations, within SQL queries.
• Optimize SQL queries for performance by using appropriate indexing strategies and query execution plans.
• Employ various JOIN operations (INNER JOIN, LEFT JOIN, FULL OUTER JOIN) to merge data from multiple database tables efficiently.
• Create subqueries and correlated subqueries when necessary to retrieve specific subsets of data.
• Implement conditional logic and CASE statements within SQL queries to handle complex data transformations.
• Continuously optimize SQL queries for performance, scalability, and maintainability. 
• Monitor and tune database performance to ensure efficient data retrieval.

2.    To build and enhance dashboards to support Process Automation

• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards with existing databases (SQL database, etc.) on different Order To Cash (O2C) topics.
• Maintain and improve current Power BI dashboards, including enhancing SQL scripts in databases and DAX measures in Power BI.
• Provide technical support to resolve data-related issues and troubleshoot problems in dashboards, and reports.
• Develop Python scripts to streamline and automate manual data transformation processes. 
• Identify repetitive data preparation tasks and create reusable Python scripts to perform data cleansing, formatting, and aggregation. 
• Continuously optimize and enhance Python scripts for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

3.    Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate and align with central departments/stakeholders to support in achieving sales target
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of data analysis and reporting solutions. 
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
