Job Responsibilities

• To build, lead, develop and manage the OnDemand Sales multi country departments, personally driving sales, improvements and the development of customer relationships to ensure the desired sales output is achieved and customer expectations and business requirements are met or exceeded.
• Develop a business plan for the APAC regional sales departments to include targets, resource and training requirements and capability. Ensure accurate resource planning to meet load and capability requirements so that key activities can be prioritised.
• Deploy global functional strategy, processes and procedures across the locations, including people, rules and tools to maximise functional efficiency and achieve business objectives.
• To own and manage the team in sourcing products response to Requests for Quotation (RFQ’s) and Request for Proposals (RFP’s) and ensure their timely delivery to the customer to give maximum possibility of successful outcome
• Contribute to and maintain departmental budgets by reviewing budget variances and instigating, where necessary, preventative measures to avoid adverse figures.
• Proactively plan and execute visits to major customers incorporating scheduled and prospecting to create opportunities and increase sales.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you are generally responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy of our brand and services.

• Write compelling product descriptions and related product content and upload the products and relevant content onto e-commerce platforms and update website content.
• Monitor and analyze results from various digital platforms with strong analytical ability to identify gaps, opportunities trends and insights so as to manage their communication, promotional and marketing execution and needs which is align with company’s objectives.
• Work closely and report to General Manager.
• Conduct research to discover new trends and targeted customers in order to improve the awareness of our brand and services on all platforms.
• Assist with the development of marketing collaterals to oversee designs and productions of marketing materials, POSM materials, traditional and digital media contents, PR publicity, and advertisements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and developan effective digital content strategy and campaigns backed by brand-driven market and consumer analysis that drives traffic to the e-commerce platforms.
2. Create and execute digital marketing and branding strategies to capture target market interest in all digital platforms to drive sales.
3. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, online, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition to stay updated with the latest trends and constantly improve the competitiveness of digital campaigns and customer experience to encourage purchases.
5. Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
6. Track and report market trends to re-adapt content strategies, where necessary.
7. Prepare brochures, press releases, website material, etc., for diverse marketing distributions.
8. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
9. Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
10. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness of all digital marketing activities and growth effectiveness.
11. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor as and when necessary.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in digital marketing with at least two (2) years relevant similar working experience.
2. Preferred experience working in the F&B platform/industry, particularly familiar with the seafood landscape.
3. Passion for promoting and marketing healthy seafood to the F&B industry and shoppers via Shopee, Lazada (RedMart), and Q10.
4. Strong English in both written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
5. Proficient in E-commerce platform management.
