Overview
Learn how we create value and delight for our clients as we connect them to investment opportunities through our post-trade services. Be part of how we are gearing up for the future through technology and digital adoption. Rotate through a variety of different teams to learn where you’d like to start your career.
What you’ll do
Over the two years you’ll work closely with local, regional, and global teams across our different teams and products we offer.
You’ll rotate between Product Development, Client Management, Business Management or the Non-Financial Risk functions, and other teams.
You’ll work on a range of projects where you’ll strategise about how we tailor our services to our clients, improve business performance and how we support our colleagues.
Each rotation will help you build different skills and capabilities and provide insight gained through hands-on experience across our Securities Services business.
You’ll work closely with your graduate sponsor, a mentor and a variety of other colleagues who will help you develop your knowledge and capabilities so that you’re set up to succeed for a career in Securities Services.

You’re a final year student or recent graduate who wants to try a variety of roles to find the one that matches your interests and career goals, one of which may be leadership.
You like change and feel comfortable adapting to new environments and meeting new people, taking the opportunities that arise from these experiences.

What you’ll learn
You’ll complete an induction course when starting the programme, which will provide a robust insight into our suite of products and services.
You’ll have the option and support to complete relevant professional qualifications.
You’ll gain many different perspectives by working with both global and regional teams and a variety of products and services.
You’ll have a diversity of experiences that will help you find the area you want to begin your career in.
By the end of the programme, you’ll feel confident in your ability to navigate a large organisation, collaborate with local and global teams, and communicate clearly and effectively.

Requirements
· Available to work full time from July 2024 onwards
· Obtained, or expected to achieve, a GPA of at least 4.0 / 5.0 or 3.2 / 4.0 (as appears on your official university transcript or degree certificate), or overseas equivalent to this
· Fluent in English
