Key Responsibilities:

o Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Dell EMC PowerMax, PowerScale, PowerStore and hyperconverged systems (HCI) such as VxRail.

o 10+ years of experience as a Storage Engineer with a focus on Dell EMC enterprise storage

o Monitor and optimize storage performance, capacity, and health.

o Strong knowledge of storage protocols and technologies (FC, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS, etc.).

o Implement data backup and recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity.

o Experience working on monitoring tools cisco DCNM, Storage Insights, Cloudiq, Insightiq.

o Experience working on Cisco and Brocade SAN

o Planning, coordinating and upgrading components of the storage products with software, hardware and code upgrades.

o Plan and schedule storage migration activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

o Document all aspects of the migration process, including configurations, procedures, and lessons learned.

o Responsible for various efforts, installation, maintenance, upgrades, tech refresh and migrations.

o Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

o Relevant industry certifications such as Dell EMC Proven Professional and VMware VCP

o Experience with Public cloud such Azure is a plus.

o Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

o Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
