About the team

Our APAC Marketing mission is to engage priority audiences through impactful and relevant marketing campaigns and events, to drive growth in adoption of Stripe’s solution offerings across the region. Our Greater China Marketing mission is to engage enterprise organizations, partnering closely with the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, including Sales, Sales Development, Solutions Architects, Partnerships, and others. What you’ll do

You’ll be part of the Greater China team and be able to set our marketing strategy, as well as be hands-on, and develop a strong trusted relationship working hand-in-hand with sales teams to drive successful user outcomes. As the marketing leader, you’ll own the field marketing function and will set and execute a marketing strategy that delivers high-quality leads, sales pipeline, and ultimately revenue. You will be a self starter, working closely alongside Product Marketing, Sales Development and other marketing specialist contractor resources. As this is a newly created position, you will have an opportunity to lead the greater China marketing function at Stripe.

Responsibilities

• Craft and lead the greater China marketing strategy and execute field marketing programs across enterprise customer segments (established enterprises, digital native businesses, software platforms, ), with emphasis on the enterprise segment while solidly collaborating with Sales, SDRs, SAs and Professional services.
• Own key business and revenue metrics across the sales funnel (pipeline) and customer growth and retention.
• Develop a strong trusted relationship with the greater China sales team, working closely with sales leadership and sales development to jointly grow pipeline.
• Partner with Asia Pacific demand generation and product marketing to refine our targeting and segmentation, and to identify, scope, and produce or localize compelling content, marketing assets and programs to drive demand
• Define and execute full funnel marketing plans including digital channels and content, demand generation campaigns with partners, sales prospecting programs inc ABM, virtual and in-person field events, and third party tradeshows and conferences
• Track, measure, and communicate program results, continually optimize for efficiency and scale, and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts
• Be creative in finding new ways of advising a diverse range of ‘local personas’ about the value Stripe brings to exporting Chinese businesses

Minimum requirements

• 8+ years of relevant B2B demand generation and/or field marketing experience with 5+ years focused on the greater China market.
• Experience working with Chinese enterprise segment targeting cross border organizations through content localisation and content marketing, event management, partnership marketing, and multi-touch campaigns to generate demand.
• Proven track record of defining and executing Chinese B2B regional marketing strategies that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be responsible for our Product Application Lab for Semiconductor applications. Working closely with the Sales team and global technical resources, the selected candidate will support the development and growth of Semiconductor industry products in the region, focused on Southeast Asia. • Drive and contribute to innovation and strategy for first-line risk management through the use of data analytics, automation and other tools for portfolio level risk analysis, Risk and Control Self Assessments and assurance.
• Support the effective management and oversight of non-financial risk management through owning and collaborating on risk initiatives across CIB, aligned to top and emerging risks.
• Continue the refinement of automated and analytical risk reporting across CIB.
• Lead on pan-CIB training initiatives to improve standards, raise awareness and improve outcomes for non-financial risk identification and remediation.

Governance

• Oversee effective risk governance and reporting for CIB across its key non-financial risk governance committees.
• Work collaboratively with governance leads across CIB to ensure that governance and risk committee reporting follow best practices and are effective at provide the requisite levels of risk insights, narratives and mitigating actions to address top and emerging risks.
• Provide regular, clear, risk focused updates for senior management and the CIB Non-Financial Risk Committee, demonstrating insights and delivery against the residual risk profile.
• Report and escalate on a timely and transparent basis to business management and appropriate governance forums on items including emerging risks, key control deficiencies, review outcomes, and material incidents as applicable and support the implementation of agreed actions.
• Responsibility for promoting and maintaining a strong and effective first line of defence risk culture across the CIB businesses.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Support internal 2LoD Assurance Teams and 3LoD GIA and external parties including regulatory authorities on engagements as required.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 12+ years of financial services experience in governance and risk reporting
• Bachelors Degree in Finance or any equivalent
• Proficiency in risk and governance ideally in the CIB space

The Integration Specialist/ Lead is responsible for leading the integration, optimization, and enhancement of IT tools across the organization. This role will develop and implement transformation strategies to ensure the IT toolset aligns with evolving business needs, supporting operational efficiency, compliance, and security. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with a collaborative approach, dedicated to driving innovation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to set up and adopt new tools, uplift the current toolset, to meets scalability, reliability, and security standards.
• Identify opportunities for tool enhancements and recommend solutions that align with the organizations transformation roadmap.
• Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to design and deploy solutions for system and tools integration
• Ensure that all integration meet compliance, security and regulatory requirements, and best practices for data integrity and access control.
• Enhance and support integration initiatives through patch automation and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions.
• Manage and configure integration tools (E.g. Ansible/ Tenable/ ELK etc)

Requirements:

• Demonstrates strong knowledge of IT compliance and security requirements.
• Proficiency with IT tools (e.g., Ansible, ELK, Sailpoint, Device42, Tenable, DevSecOps) is a must.
