Job Description

· Responsible for increasing the company’s sales business, achieving the profitability goals set by the company.

· To meet the sales KPI target set by the company.

· Responsible for increasing the company’s market share, successfully promoting brand awareness.

· Responsible for identifying potential business opportunities for the company, as well as growing the existing business accounts.

· Increase, Develop and Maintain new and existing customers base.

· Conduct customers’ visits to support sales and relationship building.

· Always negotiate with customer to secure sales.

· Assist in doing quotation whenever necessary.

· Monitor, follow up and update information on all quotes submitted to customers.

Requirements

· Tertiary education with any engineering discipline.

· Excellent Customer relationship Management skills.

• Sales and marketing of valves (Own and well known brand in the industry)Able to secure & generate sales of valves & Actuators to achieve company order targets
• Aggressive PIC for Sales Division who can develop new business(sales) from scratch.
• Establish relationship with End Users (Industrial Market, main Market is semiconductor, & petrochemical related) who use valves, gathering market information and expand sales
• Work closely and liaise with related divisions such as Sales Team, Warehouse, Engineering, Factories, Japan head office
• Market survey of new business field and reporting
• Properly understand the needs from customers and follow up ongoing project
• Person in charge to communicate with customers if a claim occurs, and liaise with related divisions to solve the problem

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience related valves, actuators & similar industry in sales including planning sales approach
