• Develop and work with a network of in-house resources across all CSC business and shared service units to answer product-specific RFP questions.

• Package, execute, and deliver final RFPs based on client specifications.

• Connect with leadership across the company to approve RFP content.

• Serve as content manager for our Qvidian RFP management platform.

• Collaborate on enhancements and process improvements to our current format and content.

• Ensure all responses are timely and accurate; all deadlines met.

• Track RFP results via Salesforce and assist with compiling weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

• Ad hoc duties as needed, including basic due diligence requests.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working within deadlines

• The ability to work independently and function as part of a team

• Able to manage and mentor two to three direct reports

• Strong time-management skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Experience working with Qvidian, or similar RFP software, is a plus

• Ambitious and easy to work with

• Assertive and able to commute urgency when necessary

• Attention to detail

• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement social media marketing content

- Plan and implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media etc)

- Create electronic marketing collaterals for on-line and social usage

- Monitor Social Media channels for trends and opportunities

- Implement and manage a content editorial calendar for marketing campaigns.

- Proofreading and editing all content across online and offline channels

Requirements:

- Experience in both videography and photography would be a plus

- Good understanding of digital content and the social media landscape

- Creative thinker who keeps abreast of trending topics and able to translate that into video/photo content ideas

- Good command of English

- Self-starter and able to pick things up quickly and independently

- Interest in cycling is a bonus
