Role Overview:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business or any relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience, preferably in Food industry
• Experience in managing/leading a team in Food industry
• Proven experience and track record as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior-level sales position
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Business level Japanese proficiency level required to manage and outreach to Japanese-speaking customer base

• Actively solicit and book all types of catering business including weddings from various sources of leads.
• Assist in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas to increase catering activity, volume and profit in order to achieve sales target.
