About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing and Events Managerto join our team. This regional role blends creative marketing with strategic event management, offering the chance to make a significant impact on our community across Asia region. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while building strong relationships with members and partners across the region. This position is 80% remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life integration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Content and Communication
- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to boost FBN Asia’s visibility and engagement across Asia region.
- Create engaging digital content, including copy and visuals for EDMs, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms tailored to regional audiences.
- Oversee the organization’s digital presence, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with brand values.
2. Event Management
- Plan, organize, and execute regional events, including flagship gatherings like the Family Retreat and Regional Conference, ensuring alignment with the needs and preferences of diverse markets.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution in various countries across Asia.
- Design marketing collateral, event materials, program guides, and communication plans to boost event participation from different regions.
3. Partnership Engagement
- Support the development of partner ecosystem across the Asian region, including sponsors, industry associations, and key stakeholders, to support FBN Asia’s initiatives and events.
- Collaborate with partners to implement co-branded regional events, joint marketing campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives that align with both FBN Asia’s objectives and regional needs.
- Coordinate the involvement of external speakers from different countries, including sourcing, onboarding, and managing speaker engagements, ensuring alignment with event themes and audience needs in various markets.
4. Marketing and Event Tools
- Utilize a variety of marketing, design, and communication tools to streamline workflows and improve content quality across the region.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating new tools into marketing and event strategies that cater to the diverse needs of Asian markets.
Qualifications:
- Only Singapore PR/ Singapore Citizen are eligible to apply
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on communication and content creation.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing and social media management, especially on LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, along with experience using CRM and event management platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively across regional projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences across Asia.
