Responsibilities:

· You will promote and propose Trane Chiller & Equipment to building consultants and contractors

· Responsible for developing long term customer relationships

· Building close business relationship with customers especially key accounts

· Maximizing account penetration and customer retention

· Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers

· Update forecast timely into the system

Requirement:

· Sell predictive maintenance tool : Innovative condition monitoring and smart lubricant management tool to manufacturing facilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential customers.

· Ability to become preferred supplier for MNC's and SME's in Singapore

· Maintain the relationship with NEW customers
