POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Engineer / Sales Account Manager is tasked to direct and manage sales activities in Singapore, Indonesia, Southern Malaysia. Responsible for the effectiveness of the performance of sales territories assigned - promoting direct sales, and effectively managing distribution channels, providing strong customer support, establishing and achieving sales growth by performing the following duties:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:

To develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive account sales plan for the key customers and distributors in the assigned territories.

Monitor activities of distributors and create sustainable business strategies to meet growth ahead of market rates.

Evaluate assigned distributors performance and drive business growth objectives by performing monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Create and maintain a broad account base in assigned territory, keep abreast of trends and developments in key accounts in the region.

Assist customers by supplying information related to samples, delivery timing, drawings/specifications, quality issues, credit issues, etc.

EDUCATION
