Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
• Plan, launch, and refine digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display ads.
• Track campaign performance, assess key metrics, and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
• Manage budgets strategically to ensure targeted ROI.
SEO and SEM:
• Perform keyword research and on-page SEO improvements to boost website visibility on search engines.
• Oversee and enhance PPC advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads.
• Allocate budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
Digital Presence:
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Create and manage a WhatsApp Community and Broadcasting channel.
• Oversee and update the LinkedIn page.
• Distribute budgets to optimize campaign outcomes.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Use analytics tools to monitor and report on digital campaign performance.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Sales Administration:
• Process and track sales orders to ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment.
• Maintain updated customer records and sales documents.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales reports as needed.
• Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to support seamless sales processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through responsive communication by phone, email, or in person.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign execution and content creation.
