Job Description:
1) To develop & expand business on beauty & aromatherapy
2) Generate new sales opportunities and build relationship with new clients.
3) Market research and set up sales channels to forecast
4) Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
5) Liaise with events organizer for sales events, exhibition, corporate events, wedding & other opportunities
6) Achieve growth and hit sales targets by developing new business and manage existing customers
7) Organize meeting, identify, develop and follow-up on sales leads and prospects
8) Able to manage & work with operation & logistics team
9) Analyse Monthly Performance Report so as to implement effective sales strategies for the team to achieve the targets
Requirements:
1) Minimum diploma in marketing or other related qualifications
2) Experience in skincare / beauty wellness / aromatherapy with proven sales records will be advantageous.
3) Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively to clients
4) Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
5) Participates exhibition experience will be advantageous
