Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing.
• Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

• Maintaining an overview of your outlet to drive sales and profitability

• Acting as a role model to your team, Manage and coach the team on ways to handle customers’ enquiries / feedback / complaints in a professional manner according to the brand’s service standards and expectations
