Position: Marketing & Operation Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing & Operation Executive who will be instrumental in expanding our brand's presence within the China market. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in harmonizing our operations between China and Singapore, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless channel execution.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain robust relationships with teams in China to ensure smooth, cross-channel operations.
· Lead creative development and coordinate media planning with agency partners.
· Manage the planning and implementation of both quantitative and qualitative market research.
· Design and implement a tailored digital marketing strategy for the China market.
· Regularly assess marketing strategies and activities to gauge effectiveness and steer the direction of marketing efforts.
· Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum impact.
· Support a range of operational functions, including product development, logistics, and supply chain management.
· Analyse, gather insights and identify opportunities for market expansion and optimization.
Qualifications & requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
· At least one year of related work experience, with a focus on marketing or operations.
· Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in utilizing data analysis tools to drive decisions.
· Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proactive, detailed-oriented, organised and results-driven.
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese
