· Handle full spectrum of Corporate Secretarial work and attCi

· Preparation of necessary documents for AGM, EGM, board and shareholders’ resolutions, striking off, etc

· Updating and maintaining of statutory registers

· Filing of documents with ACRA

· Provide advice on compliance requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

· EP and work permit applications

· Payroll computation and CPF submissions

· Other corporate and administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned.

· Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is an advantage

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

As this is a remote position with adaptable timing, it highlights the necessity for self-reliance and discipline. The monthly salary range falls between $3,000 and $6,000. We require candidates to possess "A" Level, diploma, or degree qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Promote the sales strategy's implementation in the markets.
• Strengthen the company's dominant market position in the market.
• Increase sales through various methods of distribution.
• Oversee all sales operations and lead the sales teams.
• Manage sales through conventional means.
• Improve the company brand's consumer experience.
• Fortify local presence in key markets.
• Maintain records and evaluate the efficacy of sales procedures, outcomes, and approaches.
• Oversee the major client accounts for the business.
• Systematic reporting responsibilities, such as month-end market reports, year-end customer visit reports, etc.
• Thoroughly define the sales goals, objectives, policies, and operating methods to ensure effective sales management.
• Regularly report to management on issues with customer demands, concerns and questions.

• Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 - 8 years’ regional sales experience in B2B aspect, preferably with sales experience in machinery/ industrial/ manufacturing industry

• Responsible for assisting in the order fulfillment process, which includes handling point of sales inquiries, order processing, shipment, and delivery of orders to the customer. He/She is also responsible for communicating with customers during the order fulfillment process.
• Manage efficiently the warehousing core processes, and day-to-day warehousing activities, oversee the warehouse operations & Inventory management (proper storage and recording of inventory)
• Manage all the stations (sorting & packing section) / (VLM Goods receiving + conventional receiving section) efficiently, and manage the warehousing core processes and operations of the section being assigned.
• Ensure all orders received from customers are processed on time, and items correctly packed and dispatched for delivery.
• Manage all warehouse equipment and resources with compliance witho safety and security procedures
• Plan and monitor staffing requirements to ensure productivity and high service levels.
• Analyze & resolve daily operations issues to enable smooth warehousing activities at various stations
