What you will do:
As Sales Account Manager, GMOS, you will build relationship with customers, which may be end users, to understand needs and offers solution within a standard framework or range on pricing and margin. Services and supports existing customer accounts in assigned local geographic area, with a limited sales target or quota.
How You Will Do It:
- You will be tasked with increasing after-sales services for HVAC systems & Fire solution on ocean going vessels and O&G assets.
- Managed existing customers and developed targeted accounts.
- Understand decision making structure within customers chain is critical to success
- Ability to connect, engage with key influencing decision makers, and build network within the marine and O&G market.
- Qualify account and project potential and create customer business plans for YoY growth.
- Identify, investigate, track and close sales opportunities.
- Ability to articulate value proposition.
- Team player and highly collaborative to work across different stakeholders.
What We Look For:
- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree, preferably in either Sales or Engineering discipline
- At least 3 years sales experience working in the Marine or Oil and Gas
- Engineer with ocean going experience exploring land base opportunity are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of compressors or fire detection / suppression systems
- Ability to communicate both internally and externally at high levels.
- Strong customer focused orientation with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- A high level of Business Acumen with strong strategic agility.
