Key Responsibilities

• Design and build the sales capabilities to support the growth of DigiFT.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new institutional and accredited investors through a strong personal network as well as DigiFT’s resources.
• Manage all aspects of client relationships, including account opening and client queries.
• Work with key internal stakeholders, e.g. product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth go-to-market launch in different markets.
• Represent DigiFT at key events and conferences to build brand awareness as well as customer pipeline.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 7+ years’ experience in traditional finance and/or DeFi sales with a proven track record.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a result-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Multi-lingual is a plus (English and Mandarin) as you will be working across different cultures and geographies.
• Authorized representative to sell securities under Singapore MAS or Hong Kong SFC considered a big benefit for consideration.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end execution of marketing events and campaigns across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including manpower, transportation, catering, equipment, and contingency planning, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to brand guidelines and SOPs.
• Oversee event setup, manage schedules, troubleshoot issues, and provide on-site support, including demonstrations and sales assistance during event days.
• Maintain and manage products, materials, and accessories used for events, ensuring their availability and proper storage.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with vendors, organizers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
• Effectively liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, produce post-event reviews, and identify areas for improvement for future events.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Events Management, Communications, or related subjects.
• Proven experience in project management or organizing marketing campaigns and offline events and activities.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, familiar with local markets and consumer habits related to Fashion and FMCG, able to integrate internal and external resources to guarantee the success company’s offline events
• Flexible and adaptable, capable of working irregular hours, weekends, and prolonged standing during events.
• Motivated self-starter with independent work ethics, and the ability to solve problems and tackle challenges effectively and efficiently under high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, able to work in a team and manage relations with external contractors and suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Singapore PR / Citizen.
• Existing relationships with Event, Fabrication, Venue, or PR agencies would be a plus.
