2、Job Responsibilities:
a. Prepare quotations to Customers, Purchase Orders, Invoices and other Sales Administration documentation and update sales report
b. Coordinate with vendors, supplier, customers on orders and shipping arrangements
c. Prepare invoice, packing list, shipping advice as per export L/C requirement
for documents submission for negotiation.
d. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeless.
e. Working closely with sales personnel and providing them with updates when necessary.
f. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
g. Any other duties and assignments as determined by GM.
h. Ensure proper operation of the implemented Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
3、Job Requirements:
· Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience
· Degree / Master in any field
· Excellent English and Mandarin expressions
· Knowledge of L/C documentation & good shipping will be advantageous
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Must be mature, independent, with initiative & able to handle duties with less supervision
· Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
