YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with business team to develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and forecasts
• Maintain and improve our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and completeness
• Create and update sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
• Support the sales team with proposal development and contract management
• Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the sales process, and propose solutions for improvement

YOUR PROFILE:

Must-Have:

• Motivated by driving Sales Operations in the tech industry, ideally in a tech consultancy with experience across Singapore, Australia and SEA
• Solutions oriented and strategic with an desire to use technology for automation
• Proficient in pulling and interpreting data, and distilling insights using analytics tools to evaluate Sales performance, ideally familiar with HubSpot, LinkedIn and Sales Prospection tools
• Highly collaborative and works well in a diverse environment, ideally having experience working closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, you are known for being able to convince and build trust and responses naturally
• Robust skills in engaging others and articulating ideas clearly

• Minimum 2 years of working in Sales Operations

Main Duty

As a Sales Executive specializing in the industrial sector, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in Singapore. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients in the industrial industry. Additionally, you will need to possess a deep understanding of local regulations and requirements governing industrial operations in Singapore.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the industrial sector in Singapore.
• Identify and prioritize key accounts and business opportunities, including new market segments and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, and to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the industrial sector in Singapore.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations and requirements governing industrial operations in Singapore.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management / Marketing or equivalent
• Minimally 5 years of experience within a service contracting environment in the industrial sector
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English; Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Completed or be prepared to undertake appropriate approved internal courses
• Class 3/3A Driving License
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations and requirements governing industrial operations in Singapore
• Strong understanding of industrial products, processes and technologies, preferably within Services company
• Excellent communication and negotition skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
