Corporate Training Instructor (Full-time/Part-time)

Full-time Salary: SGD 6,000 - SGD 15,000

Part-time Salary: Negotiable based on client purchases post-course delivery, settled by day/hour.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Capable of teaching in English or Chinese; part-time positions do not require regular office attendance. After customers pay for subsequent purchases, the class fee will be settled on a daily/hourly basis;
2. Responsible for teaching entrepreneurial courses and can teach at least one of the following topics: strategic design, value innovation, strategy execution, products, talents, users, marketing, performance, and finance. Or the following topics: human resources, corporate strategy, business model, sales management, process management, product building, team building, diversion and fission, etc.;
3. Responsible for online/offline training delivery (recorded or live broadcast), and different training venues.
4. Responsible for preparing course materials and ensuring quality and quantity of work.
5. Develop training projects according to OBAI’s strategic goals and annual objectives.
6. Lead or assist OBAI in the development of entrepreneurial training courses.
7. Follow up on training and lectures to propose targeted adjustments and optimize courses.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with good image and temperament and excellent presentation skills.
2. 5+ years of executive experience in a Fortune Global 100 company or top 3 industry company + 5 years of consulting experience.
3. Possession of mature core business courses.
4. Strong course development and materials production ability, proficient use of various training tools.
5. Possesses solid knowledge frameworks with excellent deductive skills and communication abilities.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports and Recreation Manager to oversee the operations of our sports sections and recreational facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, maintaining our facilities, and creating a vibrant and engaging environment for our members. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for sports and recreation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Design, implement, and manage a diverse range of sports and recreational programs and events to cater to the interests and needs of members of all ages and skill levels.
• Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all sports and recreational facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of fitness instructors, coaches, and support staff. Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
• Member Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, addressing their feedback and suggestions. Conduct regular surveys and meetings to gauge member satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the sports and recreation department budget. Monitor expenses and revenue, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sports and recreational activities through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and club events.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all activities and facilities comply with local health and safety regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute special events, tournaments, and competitions. Coordinate with external vendors and sponsors as needed.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to General Manager and Subcommittee on program performance, member participation, and financial status. Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports and recreation management, preferably within a country club or similar environment.
• Proven track record of developing and managing successful sports and recreational programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to sports and recreation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recreation management software.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

• Oversee all sales and enquiries of sports accessories via various channels
• Responsible for website management across all sales & listing of products
• Ensure healthy stock inventory level to meet sales
• Handle complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolutions to meet expectations
• Schedule and coordinate with clients on accessories delivery and sports courts/field maintenance
• Assist operations in coordination and administrative (paperwork include tender) matters
• Overall provide smooth coordination for the daily flow of operations

Administrative -

• Answer phones calls and emails, responding to client requests and enquiries
• Manage and update company databases
• Provide administrative support to colleagues or projects as needed

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a post-secondary certification
• Relevant working experience would be advantageous
• Must have computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and in a team
