Responsibilities
• Manage the full spectrum of HR operational functions, including recruitment,
payroll processing, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations
• Manage the annual performance appraisal system
• Assist in conducting market benchmarks referencing relevant industries and putting
up reports to management for periodic salary reviews
• Handle and process insurance claims
• Responsible for completion and submission of Government / MOM claims and related
surveys
• Provide timely and accurate management reports.
• Assist in HR projects and initiatives
• Assist in office administration such as procurement, office supplies, maintenance, etc
• Manage welfare-related events, including company functions, team-building activities etc.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
• Possess a Degree or Diploma in HRM or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR.
• Teamwork within the team and across departments
• Effective time and stress management.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced working environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
