Our Company is looking for a Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist to join our team. You must be passionate, creative, and results-oriented. The Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist will be the company’s in-house expert for all digital campaign development which include SEO/SEM, Meta ads and other digital media. You will manage and be responsible for the company’s online sales (which includes company-owns websites and 3rd party market places such as Tiktok Shop, Shopee and Lazada).

You will oversee website development and maintenance too. The ultimate objective is to drive online sales.

Your job duties include:

• Design and execute campaigns to drive sales through digital marketing channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, Facebook advertising, email marketing, or search engine marketing (SEM)
• Review campaigns metrics, google analytics, social media analytics and ecommerce trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage website content and UI
• Review landing pages, product information, and any other relevant systems associated with the website to ensure they are visually appealing, accurate, and easy to use.
• Ability to create alternate A/B split test campaigns based on various metrics provided
• Create and implement Meta ad campaigns
• Leverage on marketing automation tools (mailchim) to implement email lead generation and nurturing programs to drive engagement, traffics and conversions.
• Deep knowledge of Google Analytics to analysis various trends, key metrics. Focus on various parts of website to advice the team on better performing and under-performing areas and products
• Monitor and analyse competitive digital and social landscape to identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis reports to inform management and the team of collective performance in all digital marketing efforts.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years work experience in a fast-paced, ecommerce marketing role
• Preferably with experience in B2C environment.
• Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
• Hands-on experience with online campaign builds, management, analysis, and optimization
• Knowledge of new trends and changes in the online ecommerce world
• Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail skills
