Sales & Marketing Support

• Assist in daily tracking on responds to customers and their enquiries via various social media and google platforms
• Keeping track on the movenment of clinical appointments and patient turn-up rate for Management report
• Assist and participate in internal and external Marketing and Communication activities

Other

• Flexible to work in the weekend as and when required, e.g. events, facility maintenance, operations.

What you will be working on

CPF Board helps members to save for their retirement, housing and healthcare needs. Its Customer Contact Centre (CCC) handles one of the highest volumes of phone calls and correspondences (e.g. email) within the Public Service.
