KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Responsible for creation of partial or entire projects and products development.
• Conceptualization, design and development of projects and new products types including concepts and drawing creation from product packaging to marketing material and collaterals.
• To work on projects that require modifying and enhancing our current range of product packaging.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for management’s comment and approval.
• Work closely with marketing team to design and create suitable creative pieces for printing and promoting company’s brand and image included display and VM.
• Understand creative directions and communicate objectives according to Company brand’s guidelines.
• Sourcing for quotations and liaising with supplier/printers on materials, timeline and printing.
• Participate and monitor the development, integration and implementation of the production process to ensure that standards are met, and timely corrective actions are taken.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

• Degree/Diploma in Arts & Design or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably retail-related.
• Proficiency in Macintosh-based Adobe Design software: Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Creative, forward-thinking and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients

- Site & project management from inception to handover

- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines
