Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and lead the sales and marketing team to achieve annual sales targets.
• Devise and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet sales targets, expand customer base and strengthen market position.
• Analyse sales revenue to assess the profitability of existing and new products.
• Provide performance feedback and contribute to sales and marketing strategy development.
• Work closely with team to drive team performance and provide excellent customer service
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of sales experience in the engineering or technical industry with proven supervisory or leadership role.
• Knowledge of industrial supplies eg. Valve & Actuator will be a plus.
