Qualifications:

1. At least 8 years of experience of end-end recruitment which includes direct sourcing (no agency use) across APAC. Corporate functions recruitmentwould be an added advantage.
2. Agile individual, proven track record of managing multiple requests across multiple countries at any one time.
3. In-house experience is a must, candidates coming from similar dynamic Tech Giants, Pharma, FMCG etc would be priority.
4. Strong business partnering skills – ability to work will with managers / leaders / candidates.
