Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketer to hit the ground running in areas such as performance marketing, website analytics and email marketing. The ideal candidate must be able to strategise plans as well as execute day-to-day tasks independently, while working with more senior members of the team for larger scale campaigns and other ad-hoc digital or martech projects.
• Performance marketing and paid media
- Hands-on experience in executing paid campaigns in Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Outbrain
- Copywrite ad copy and work with designer to develop ad creatives
- Manage or support administrative matters such as billing, tracking and updating of media budgets
- Coordinate with publishers and media outlets on ad purchases
- Partner with publishers and media outlets on marketing events
• Website analytics and content management
- Ability to conceptualise campaign landing pages
- Good understanding and practical experience of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and other relevant analytics tools
- Experience with website content management systems to upload or maintain content
• Email marketing
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools. Use cases include:
> Scheduling and sending out of emails to pre-defined audience segments
> Creating automated email journeys such as onboarding, and reminder emails
> Maintain database of contacts
• Data-driven Reporting
- Prepare corresponding reports for the above areas
- Analyse data to gain actionable insights
- Work closely with UI / UX to enhance customer experience as well as optimise conversion rate
Requirements and Qualifications
The candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Bonus attributes include:
• Background in Financial Industry
• Experience in development of and buying of print ads
• Qualifications in Google Analytics, and relevant performance marketing courses (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
