• Develop & maintain business relationships with targeted clients, to bring in new clients and AUM
• Provide investment advisory and asset allocation for clients' portfolio
• Offer a holistic view of the entire Investment cycle including risk management, investment strategy implementation and portfolio rebalancing

Consolidating financial information obtain from the different markets/subsidiary companies in the region
Analyzing current and past financial data. Create financial models for decision support. Also perform variance analysis.
Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends. Make recommendations for improvements.
Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Supporting the preparation of reports for management review.
Working with stakeholders on budget preparation and expenditure planning.
Participating in projects by performing market research, data mining, business intelligence etc.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting / Business / Economics / Finance / Mathematics or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting

Reporting to Division Manager / Sales Manager
Liaise closely with Headquarter in Japan on project transfer within ASEAN
Prospecting, identifying and establishing new clients base especially Architect and Interior designer community.
Generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending relevant project
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely deliveries/services to client
Developing marketing strategies with action plans to penetrate new markets
Increasing revenue by identifying new opportunities for unmet customer needs
Develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls and face to face meetings, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Response quickly and effectively to all sales enquiries and follow up diligently with those enquiries

Job Requirements
At least GCE "A" Level or Diploma in any discipline
At least 5 years of sales experience & 3 years specialise in relevant industry
Able to meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure and problem solving abilities
Passionate, energetic, motivated & driven
Independent, eye for details, creative, team player & self-motivated.
Possess good interpersonal communication & analytical skills with people at all levels.
Overseas business travelling is required.
Handle & communicate to Japanese client is a must in order to grow in ASEAN region.
