Job Responsibilities:

a. Prepare quotations to Customers, Purchase Orders, Invoices and other Sales Administration documentation and update sales report

b. Coordinate with vendors, supplier, customers on orders and shipping arrangements

c. Prepare invoice, packing list, shipping advice as per export L/C requirement

Key Responsibilities:

• Bridge between Business and Technology: Act as the main point of ontact for business units and development/vendor teams. This includes translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Requirements Analysis and Documentation: Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), functional specifications, and user stories, conducting detailed analysis of requirements and coordinating with business and technical teams.
• Testing and Support: Conduct or coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on user stories. Work with development and production support teams to resolve production issues.
