The Sera Demand Planner collects, analyzes, and aggregates customer requirements into a comprehensive demand plan delivered to Supply Planning teams through E1, SFDC, and Sera Master Production Schedule. This person will use trend analysis and other forecast techniques to assess the demand risk or opportunities by working closely with BU, sale, marketing, customer care, supply chain and FP&A. • Collaborate with divisional business and commercial teams to incorporate current and long-term customer demand information into the forecast at the product and SKU level. Ensure timely demand fulfilment and ensure alignment with AOP and monthly financial updates
