Job Description

As we continue to expand and drive innovation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager cum Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore. Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities:

Cultivate Connections: Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners while ensuring that project implementations meet our stringent quality standards.

Project Support: Collaborate with Project Directors, Senior Project Managers, or other Project Managers in various aspects of project management, including:

• Crafting proposals and quotations, and skillfully negotiating with clients.
• Managing project implementation plans and budgets.

Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Collaborate closely with Clients, product owners, stakeholders, and end-users to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Translate business needs into actionable tasks for the development team.

User Story Creation: Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories that outline the who, what, and why of each feature or functionality. Craft user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria that are understandable by both technical and non-technical team members.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and project progress.

Quality Assurance: Oversee QA/QC activities to ensure successful and timely project delivery, aligning precisely with client expectations.

Documentation Guru: Prepare a variety of project documentation, including Minutes of Meeting, Requirement Specifications, Design Specifications (or Understanding Documents), Training and User Manuals, Release Notes, and Project Status Reports.

Versatile Contributor: Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in the IT industry is preferred.
3. Softskills: Excellent communication, problem solving, time management and critical thinking skills are essential.
4. Tech-Adept: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams), Jira.
5. Attitude: You're organized, meticulous, always approach tasks with a positive attitude, and work well.
6. Project Acumen: Strong administrative skills and a general understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, and project standards.

The Opportunity

Quantexa is looking for a highly motivated sales professional to drive growth in financial institutions across the South-East-Asia. As a FSI Sales Director, you will be responsible for executing the sales go-to-market strategy, identifying new opportunities, building our pipeline, winning new deals, and meeting company targets. This is a role for a strong enterprise sales professional who has a proven track record in closing complex enterprise software deals. The role is ideally suited to a business hungry hunter who can open new accounts and has the required gravitas to manage C-suite stakeholders.  

 

What you'll be doing

Typical responsibilities include: Working with the Head of Sales, SME teams & APAC Alliances director to define and execute the sales strategy and go to market plan for the South-East-Asian financial services sector; consistently delivering against sales targets; contributing to the overall growth of the business; winning new logos and aggressively expanding our footprint with existing logos.

The Role Responsibilities An experienced Financial Markets Sales representative based in Singapore with a primary responsibility of covering Commodity Derivatives for Corporate and Commodity Trader Clients. The mandate will be focused on commodity flow business in Asia time zone across asset classes - Energy, Base Metals, Precious Metals and Agricultural Commodities. About the Role To assist and support Property Manager in asset management (landlord perspective), facilities management (tenant perspective) and project management (building improvement & office fit-out works) in all AIAS owned and leased properties. Asset Management Responsible for the daily operation of the building facilities/M&E equipment management and control of the common property as to provide proper, safe and functional environment for the benefit of all the occupants/ tenants Responsible to recommend/implement the installation/provision of additional building facilities/M&E equipment or improvements to the common area Responsible for the implementation of M&E plant/equipment maintenance program, including obtain and review quotations, recommendations of award, supervision of completed works and processing of payment to vendors Designated as Fire Safety Manager (FSM) to promote fire safety program and enforce fire safety regulations. Also act as Liaison Officer for security and safety issues of SSWG Cluster if needed Responsible for maintaining/updating of proper records/inventory of all building assets/equipment Facilities Management Responsible for the daily operation, supervision and maintenance of user department's facilities/equipment/assets including office layout planning, design and supervision of the works done by the service providers/contractors Responsible to handle/co-ordinate all user's requests/complaints on matters relating to maintenance, acquisition, transfer and disposal of office equipment/ furniture including administrative work to prepare capital expenditure budget, award, prepare purchase requisites, issue purchase orders, process payment and charge/ apportion/ bill to user department's operating expenses Responsible for the issuance and termination of security access cards or allocation of access codes to users/ agents Responsible for maintaining/updating of proper records/inventory of all user department's asset/equipment including stock check on company's fixed assets People Management Responsible for attending users/tenants request/feedback/complaints and take appropriate corrective remedial/rectification action Build and maintain good relationship with internal users (Staff & Agency Force) and 3rd party tenants Financial Management Manage building & CAPEX budget including preparation, monitoring and control of the budget Manage service fees including monthly advice on changes in rental, service charges and car park charges for AIA, 3rd party tenants Procurement & Vendor Management Responsible for procurement of all asset and facilities management related services contracts/goods, including preparation, review and negotiating contract documents Manage all service providers' performance and take appropriate actions Building Improvement & Office Fit-Out Works Manage building improvement, renovations and retrofitting works for the common area Manage fitting out works including budgeting, tendering, supervision and co-ordination between users, contractors and building consultants/authorities, and procurement of equipment/ furniture/ facilities within budget and timeframe. Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in property/facilities/project management or relevant Degree/Diploma in Built Environment, Engineering, Property/Facilities/ProjectManagement Preferably with Fire Safety Manager (FSM) & Project Management Certification Team player & Customers Oriented, Effective Communication Skills, Proactive & Forward looking, Able to work under pressure, Sense of Urgency & Attention to Detail Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
